David Rowe, President and CEO
Prior to joining B2Bgalaxy.com, Mr. Rowe had over sixteen
years experience in operations and technology management,
with ten years in the financial services sector, holding a
variety of senior positions including VP of Systems and Technology
for Financial Times Information, and Director of Technical
Services at Interactive Data Corporation (IDC).
He has managed the development, deployment and
ongoing operations of e-commerce systems, real-time market
data systems, and has a proven track record of creating solutions
to match complex diverse business requirements.
Ken Gruber, Executive
Vice President and CFO
Ken Gruber joined B2Bgalaxy.com in 1999 after a year at Oracle
Corporation where he was involved in sales and marketing of
ERP and CRM applications. He had previously served in several
capacities at Cornerstone Internet Solutions from November
1994 to January 1999, most recently as Chief Financial Officer
and Secretary.
Mr. Gruber was employed by Children's Television
Workshop (CTW), where he served as Vice President and Chief
Financial Officer from 1993 to November 1994, as Vice President
of Finance and Administration from 1989 to 1993 and as Vice
President of Finance from 1988 to 1989. He is a CPA and member
of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants
and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Edward R. Pick, Chief
Technology Officer
Ed Pick has over 13 years of experience in technology and
technical management. Before being appointed CTO at B2Bgalaxy.com,
Mr. Pick served as B2Bgalaxy.com's Director of Software Development
where he was the Chief Architect for the flagship PowerPurchasing
technology.
Before joining B2Bgalaxy.com, Mr. Pick led many
technical teams in the design and implementation of innovative
distributed systems and web-based applications including senior
technical management positions in the Telecommunications industry
at IDT and Geotek Communications, Inc where he was responsible
for the implementation of enterprise wide systems and e-commerce
applications.
He managed implementation teams for vault automation
in the banking industry for customers such as First Union,
Wells Fargo and Nations Bank as well as independently consulted
for Fortune 500 companies. |
