My first trip to Italy was 36 years ago. I went with my parents on a five country tour of Europe. Each destination was fascinating and holds special memories but I only fell in love with Italy that summer. I vowed to return and did so in 2006 for my 25th wedding anniversary. It was a time I will never forget.

With the passing of my husband, I felt a pull to return to Italy and was privileged to go with a group from Fairleigh Dickinson University. I hope you can understand the joy I found in Italy through these images, videos, paintings and journal.
